Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver the Products to you within 7 working days of your account order within the Island of Ireland, where this is practical. However, Products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the Products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products and delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products. At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after which time the products become your sole responsibility.
Claims
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period), this is extended to 14 days if you are located in the European Union. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding return delivery cost). The product may also be returned for an exchange, but additional shipping chrges will apply. If a Product is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund.
Merchandise purchased with us excluding sale items may be returned within 7 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) providing merchandise is returned in the same condition as sold, this is extended to 14 days if you are located in the European Union. If Merchandise is not returned in the same condition as sold, full refunds will not be issued. Partial refunds or no refunds will be offered.

I have changed my mind and wish to return my item for a refund?
You must contact us within 14 days of recieving your order. Please include your order reference number and full name. The item you wish to return must be unused, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Refunds may be accepted on all items except perishable goods, earrings, underwear and exclude shipping charges. All items will be inspected on return.
My item is damaged, what can I do?
Please contact us – include your order reference number and full name. Please also include an image of the item showing the damage. Once verified we can then work with you on a suitable solution.
I want to Exchange an item?
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order reference number and full name. The item you wish to exchange must be unused, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Exchanges may be accepted on all items except perishable goods, underwear. All items will be inspected on return.
Once we receive the original item(s) from you, we will reach out to you for payment of the re shipment and other additional charges (if applicable) and can then ship the replacements(s) immediately.
Accordance with Specifications
Many of the products are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the Products and keep specification completely up to date. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the Website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the products.
